Executive Vice President of Operations

Malinda Clickner joined MaestroX in February 2025. In her role, she partners closely with the development and product teams to drive and align platform enhancements, add high-impact feature functionality, integrations and deliver sustained value to customers. She ensures operational alignment across departments, with a sharp focus on scalability, user experience, and innovation.

Before joining MaestroX, Malinda was a driving force behind the growth and evolution of Action Title Research. As head of search operations, she played a pivotal role in the company’s restructuring and was instrumental in expanding its footprint from a regional player in NJ/PA to a nationally recognized title search provider. Her work included strengthening channel partnerships, optimizing internal workflows, and fostering the client-centric culture Action Title is known for.

Malinda brings extensive experience in change management and human resources, with a proven track record of leading organizational transformation, building high-performing teams, and managing through growth and change with clarity and care. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions with First American Financial Corporation and Charles Jones LLC, where she deepened her expertise in title operations, compliance, and process innovation.

Malinda holds a B.A. in Political Science from Penn State University. Outside of her professional work, she is dedicated to her husband and daughter and is passionate about art, cooking and her volunteer work supporting children with special needs and military veterans.
