Human Resources Director

Wendy joined Action Title Research in April 2021 as Director of Human Resources and Payroll Administration. Since then, she has taken on HR leadership for MaestroX as well. Wendy has been instrumental in elevating Action Title Research’s HR systems and enhancing its employee benefits programs.

As the company scaled in size, Wendy’s efforts have made the company appealing to prospective and current employees, and through her employee engagement activities, Wendy has contributed greatly to a culture that values achievement and high respect for the individual. She was instrumental in helping onboard three acquisitions, making the transition for employees seamless.

In Wendy’s off time, she enjoys spending time with her family playing board games and attending her daughter’s sporting events on weekends.
