Chief Financial Officer

Kirill joined Action in 2022 and is responsible for the firm’s finance functions including accounting, FP&A, corporate development, investor relations, tax, treasury, and real estate / facilities. Since then, he has taken on financial leadership for MaestroX as well. Previously, Kirill was the Director of M&A and Strategy at AmTrust Financial, the country’s 3rd largest workers compensation underwriter. Before AmTrust, Kirill worked in Investment Banking at Houlihan Lokey. Kirill graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Analytical Finance.

In his free time, Kirill enjoys spending time at home with his wife and bernedoodle, playing golf, watching the NY Knicks and catching up on the latest TV shows and movies.
