I started my free trial a few weeks ago and so far have to say I’m very impressed. The system is very easy to learn and set up; and yes they will help input data for you, but it’s quite easy to do yourself if you don’t need or want their help.
I have had multiple email and zoom conversations with them about questions on functionality or requests for changes and the response has always been quick and positive with changes made quickly if they are within reason.

We started using MaestroX Flow in February. It is a big improvement over the last software we were using. The system is user friendly.
