As one of the co-founders of Action Title Research (ATR) in 2003, Chris brings decades of real-world search experience and business strategy to MaestroX. Under his leadership at ATR, Chris built and scaled a company that modernized title research through automation and data-driven processes. ATR evolved into a tech-forward powerhouse, ultimately catching the eye of Strattam Capital and leading to a successful private equity acquisition.

Chris orchestrated the entire M&A symphony: from negotiations to due diligence to post-acquisition integration. The result was a seamless transition and the birth of a new technology arm that would become MaestroX.

Now at the helm of MaestroX as Founder, Board Member, and Executive Director, Chris continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in title research. He leads with vision and purpose, overseeing growth strategy, innovation initiatives, and high-stakes M&A, all while keeping a sharp focus on delivering real value to clients. Whether it’s pioneering new automation tools or identifying the next great opportunity, Chris is all about forward momentum.

When he’s not busy reshaping an industry, Chris is enjoying life at the Jersey Shore with his wife and three kids—his proudest achievement. He’s fueled by faith, family, good people, and big ideas.
