Pat Carney is MaestroX’s Chief AI Officer and Chief Technology Officer, leading the company’s technology and AI strategy. His focus is practical: build tools that title professionals can trust, improve accuracy, and make day-to-day work easier.

A Navy veteran, Pat brings decades of experience building technology for title and real estate businesses. He describes himself as a “help-a-holic,” a mindset that shapes how he works. He starts by learning how a team operates today, looks for the steps that waste time or create friction, and then solves the problem in front of him. He believes that AI should support professional judgment, not replace it. That principle guides his work at MaestroX and keeps experienced title professionals at the center of every decision.

Pat’s passport gets almost as much of a workout as his AI development work. Several times a year, he and his wife trade the office for beautiful destinations, mostly focusing on Mexico’s picturesque coastlines.
